My girlfriend and I recently visited WellnessLand and had a terrible experience. We’ve been to many spas around the world, but we’ve never been treated like this before. When we arrived, we told the receptionists we were there just for the day spa. However, when we checked out the spa area, we found that the jacuzzi wasn’t working. We called reception from the spa level and asked for a refund, explaining the issue. They told us we’d have to go to the main office to discuss it. Thinking they might resolve the issue or offer a refund, we got changed back into our clothes and headed there. Instead, they refused to give us a refund and only tried to offer a discount for a future visit despite leaving Serbia the next day. What’s worse, they had us change and go to the main office just to tell us they couldn’t do anything. If they’d been upfront, we could have chosen to stay and spend some time in the spa, but instead, they completely ruined our visit. In the end, we paid 6,000 RSD just to hang up our clothes and didn’t use any spa services at all. We’d made it clear we were only there for the spa, so this felt like a complete waste. Sure, they mentioned we could use the gym, but that wasn’t what we came for. To make things worse, they didn’t even inform us the jacuzzi wasn’t working ahead of time. If we’d known, we wouldn’t have entered the spa at all. It’s clear they care more about making money than providing a good experience for their guests. Overall, WellnessLand was a huge disappointment. We wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—there are far better spas in Belgrade that are worth your money.

Новые тренажеры, регулярно вижу как их протирает персонал. Места хватает, не считая часов наплыва после работы. Инвентаря хватает. Спа зона в порядке, разве что сильный запах хлорки или чего-то химического в джакузи. Глаза жжет от брызгов
