Отличная гостиница в Караколе! Очень удобное расположение — первая линия, центр города, рядом много кафе и ресторанов. Хорошая транспортная развязка, а до горнолыжной базы ведет прямая дорога, что особенно удобно для отдыха зимой. В гостинице есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: уютные номера, приятная атмосфера и внимательный персонал. Чувствуется забота о гостях, поэтому здесь действительно можно расслабиться и почувствовать себя как дома. Обязательно вернемся снова!

we had a few problems during our current accommodation. Our room got downgraded from a family room to a triple room, and the toiletries in the bathroom looked like they'd already been used. I actually agreed to it cause the room was not ready and I thought we would pay less then the staff refused and said it's the same price. I also noticed the room was listed at 500 DKK. It might seem small, but it's the principle that bugs me and added to my frustration. The TV in the room didn't work either and the rooms are not sound proof, we can hear the guests. The sound of other guests' bathroom faucets can even be heard. There was a kid playing in a hallway up til 11 midnight. About the money, my booking said 647 DKK, which is 8665 SOM. But they asked for a different amount. I gave them 8700, expecting some change. Then the receipt showed 8700, not the agreed price. The staff said the receipt was wrong and asked for more money, which was super annoying. Wifi is so slow Plus, both the TV and AC is not working, so we had to keep the windows open. One of the night lamp keep on switching on and there was no way we can unplug it. The staff is also so grumpy
