The hotel cancelled our reservation after we had already arrived, even though we came with the full amount in cash and were ready to check in. Before that, the hotel repeatedly marked our valid bank card as invalid, although our bank confirmed that there had been no payment attempts from the hotel. Then the hotel asked us to send a free cancellation request ourselves, but we did not want to cancel the reservation and asked them to keep it active. When we arrived at the property and wrote to the hotel that we were ready to pay for the stay, the reservation was cancelled about half an hour later. As a result, we were left without accommodation and had to urgently look for another place. I consider this behaviour extremely dishonest and unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you book through Booking.com and expect your reservation to actually be honoured.
