Отель старой роскоши - Некогда Rixos. Чувствуется, что поддерживать былой уровень управляющим не удается. Архитекторы, дизайнеры интерьера и ландшафта очень постарались. Все на 5. НО в текущие времена мебель уже вся отбита, на унитаз в номере высшей категории было страшно садиться. Он шатался при каждом использовании. Фрукты в графине при входе в течение дня не меняют, а просто доливают воду. К вечеру - ужасный привкус. Бассейн отличный, но окна моют редко. Если не открывать дверь на улицу - видом не налюбуешься. Территория фантастическая. Детская площадка в ужасном состоянии. Бесплатные Городские площадки оказались намного лучше. Детская комната скудная.

The hotel is nice, with a large park right on the premises. Nearby, there is the Romanov Palace, which you can see from a distance. The food is tasty, and everything is clean everywhere. There is a spa and a pool — the ladies there are friendly and helpful, always ready to guide you. When we arrived, the reception told us that the pool was not working and wouldn’t be available for the next few days. They suggested we go swimming in a nearby lake instead. However, in the evening, when we went for an inhalation treatment, we asked the spa staff again about the pool. They said the pool would be open the next day, but today we could use the jacuzzi. On the last day of our stay, we wanted to order room service. I tried calling the phone in the room, but it was unclear where to call, and there was no information about the room service number anywhere. There was a QR code for ordering food to the room, but it only showed the menu — no phone number or instructions for placing an order. Eventually, I called the number listed on the website, said I wanted to order room service, and was transferred somewhere. A man asked what I wanted and then hung up after a minute. In the end, we just went to a café in the center of Borjomi to eat. If you want to order wine for dinner, you have to go to the bar to get it and then bring the glass back yourself. At one dinner, they handed me a payment terminal without explaining why. I had to figure out myself that the payment from the previous day hadn’t gone through. Overall, for me, the place is great and you can have a good rest here. But the service is not very good (except for the spa), and it feels like different departments have different information.

Отель крутейший ! Спа с большим бассейном, хамам, сауна И так далее . Персонал очень вежливый , еда в ресторанах и на завтраке очень вкусная! Рекомендую!!!
