I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at the O’STIN store in Mega Mall, Armenia. I came with my 10-year-old daughter, who needed to try on some clothes, and my 3-year-old son. As a responsible parent, I accompanied my daughter to the fitting room. However, the fitting room staff was rude, and then the manager, Siranush, spoke to me in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. She told me I was not allowed to enter the fitting room with my children, and insisted that my daughter should try on clothes alone — which is completely inappropriate for a 10-year-old. At the checkout, she continued to treat me disrespectfully, giving me rude looks. When I politely asked her why she was acting this way, she continued speaking unprofessionally and even threatened me to stop arguing. This was not only humiliating, but also completely unacceptable. As a mother and a customer, I expected to be treated with basic respect. I strongly advise O’STIN to train their staff better, especially managers like Siranush, and to treat families with dignity.

На кассе очень-очень медленно работают девушки, ожидание может растягиваться до 20 минут, даже если перед тобой 3 человека в очереди)
