Very disappointing experience – unprofessional and costly Unfortunately, our experience with Ivan Ogienko Contracting was extremely negative. We signed a contract clearly stating that the design project would be delivered within 30 working days. In reality, no meaningful work even started within the first month, and the process dragged on for almost three months, with no proper coordination, calls, or meetings to review the project. The final outcome was unacceptable. Measurements were taken incorrectly multiple times, ceiling heights were wrong, and fixed building elements that cannot be altered were removed or redesigned on paper. As a result, the drawings were not suitable for real-life execution. Because of these errors, we ordered custom elements (including a walk-in wardrobe) based on incorrect dimensions, which has caused significant additional costs. Critical technical elements were also missing from the design, including air-conditioning duct coordination, further increasing the financial and practical impact on us. Despite these issues, we are now being pressured repeatedly to pay the final 10% of the fee. That amount was withheld solely because the final drawings were materially incorrect and incomplete, and the contractual obligations were not met. We chose not to escalate legally, despite having grounds to do so, and instead tried to close the matter calmly. Unfortunately, we are now facing continued pressure rather than accountability. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable, accurate, and professionally managed design project.

Не нужно обращаться в эту компанию, они не держат ни слово ни качество. Проект не был реализован за 3 обещанных месяца, так же не был реализован и через 7 месяцев. В итоге через 7 месяцев мы вернулись к тому с чего начинали - бетону. Все что было сделано, можно выкинуть в помойку и сломать, нарушены все возможные нормы Дубай, про качество я вообще молчу, это просто позор а не компания. Ребята красиво поют на входе, по факту ничего не умеют делать и контролировать, только тратить деньги и выкладывать сторис в инстаграм. У меня есть все подтверждения моим словам, в том числе судебная экспертиза, поэтому я имею полное право выкладывать этот отзыв здесь. В общем что бы сэкономить свои деньги, нервы и время обходите эту компанию стороной.

это одни из тех умников что пытаются бесплатно раздать тестовое задание на сайте по найму работников.. Организация видимо нехороша как со стороны клиента так и работника
