Филиал крупнейшего в СНГ DIY магазина в Ереване, это же отлично) Надеюсь в Армении будет развиваться техническое творчество и он не закроется. Сам филиал как и любой CipDip чистенький, хороший персонал. Нет выставочного зала, как в крупных магазинах в РФ, но и потребности такой нет. Все приехало быстро, рекомендую.

Заявленные во время заказа даты потом без оповещания менают. Грубый персонал с абсолютным нежелание помогать. На вопрос может ли поменяться срок доставки отвечают "все возможно". Держитесь подальше.

Хоть доставка и долгая, но выбор огромный. Из пожеланий только добавить хотя бы один выходной день для выдачи товаров

Extremely disappointed with my experience at ChipDip Armenia. I have been a loyal customer of ChipDip for more than 10 years and have always had a positive impression of the company. Unfortunately, a recent incident completely destroyed that trust. The issue involved a prepaid order and a return request. During the process, two employees at the pickup point, Aram H. and Mher K., behaved in a highly unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Instead of addressing the issue objectively, both repeatedly insisted that I was at fault, that I had ordered the wrong items, and that no refund would be provided. What was especially frustrating was the constant change in their explanations. Different reasons for denying the return were given at different times. At one point, I was told that the return could not be processed because the item had a tag indicating it came from a different warehouse. On another occasion, entirely different arguments were presented. Initially, for my first order Mher K. contacted me several weeks after a return had already been processed and informed me that the return supposedly could not be completed after all Throughout the entire interaction, both employees attempted to pressure me into accepting responsibility for the situation rather than providing clear legal or contractual grounds for their position. I was repeatedly told that nothing would be refunded simply because quote "I am telling you so" - Aram. H In my view, the handling of this case is inconsistent with consumer protection principles and with the return policy published by the company itself on their own website! What disappointed me most was not the dispute itself, but the attitude. As a customer of more than a decade, I expected professionalism, transparency, and respect. Instead, I was met with accusations, dismissive behavior, and a complete unwillingness to fairly consider my position, they was clearly mocking me and turn back on me when I was asking reasonable questions and expected at least some kind of service or help It is truly unfortunate that these two employees managed to destroy the positive impression that ChipDip had built over the last 10 years. I cannot recommend this office based on my experience and sincerely hope management reviews the conduct of the staff involved and improves the way customers are treated.

Недорого, вовремя и хороший ассортимент. Ещё бы часы работы были более гибкие, но что поделать.

Физически магазин отсутствует. Что-то купить если - через интернет. Но, в случае, если нет армянской карты, надо сделать себе счёт, сходить в банк, оплатить и ждать получения. Ну бред же. Из плюсов: то, что магазин есть. И выбор там неплохой. Но в остальном - скорее нет, чем да.

Очень сильно срывают сроки доставки, при этом цены далеко не гуманные. Никакой ответственности не несут за просроченные сроки, отменить тоже нельзя. Очень отсталый маркетплейс, те же ВБ и Озон и то бодрее возят. Даже нормальной онлайн поддержки нет. Разочарован.

Все быстро, четко. Из минусов работают только как интернет магазин и если что забыл то нужно оформить новый заказ и подождать 30. Нужно это учитывать

Тот же Чип и Дип, что и в России, только цены на порядок выше, и доставка долгая.

Будьте внимательны — нет оплаты наличными. Магазину — уберите кэш из способов оплаты на Я.Картах. There's no way to pay in cash. Why would I, as a client, need you? Useless branch of Russian store.
