bought bose qc earbuds at the store in the mall. the staff explained the features well, and i liked the test zone. but when one earbud stopped working a month later, the warranty procedure turned into a mess - had to fill forms and wait for the response from another city. finally got a replacement, but it took over two weeks. sound quality is still amazing though.
