Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this café. The staff were extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. When we greeted them with a simple “Good morning,” we received no response at all not even a nod just a forced half-smile and dismissive looks. The service at the register was equally frustrating. When paying with Apple Pay, the employee repeatedly tried the same terminal, which kept declining the payment, and simply kept saying, “Declined.” Only after I insisted on trying a different terminal did the payment go through successfully. No apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience was offered. The menu was also disappointing. Considering the relatively high prices, the café doesn’t even offer alternative milk options or much variety in its beverages. Overall, the experience left a very negative impression. Good service is not just about coffee and food it is also about how guests are treated. Unfortunately, the coffee itself was just as disappointing: bland and tasteless, more reminiscent of an instant 3-in-1 coffee than a professionally prepared drink. We would not recommend this place and have no intention of returning.

Bought a cheesecake here — it had mold on it the same day! Completely unacceptable. Check your products before selling. აქ ვიყიდე ჩიზქეიქი — იმავე დღეს ობიანი აღმოჩნდა! სრულიად მიუღებელია. გაყიდვამდე შეამოწმეთ პროდუქტი.
