Удачное отношение от сотрудника Левона. Зашли с женой по делу за документами, чисто случайно выбрали этот филиал, так нам сделали замечание, что «целоваться где-нибудь там». Никаких указаний нигде нет, что нельзя целоваться. Казалось бы, что цивилизованная организация и сотрудники должны проявлять уважение к людям вообще, тем более к долгосрочным клиентам, но после такого сюда точно никогда не буду обращаться.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. First of all, I would like to mention that I work for a financial organization, so I believe I have a good understanding of what proper customer service should look like. Recently, I visited the Ardshinbank branch on Karen Demirchyan Street three times. On my last visit, on June 24, I was assisted by the same employee, Սոնիա (Sonia), regarding a UBpay money transfer to Russia. The employee was completely incompetent. She was unable to answer even the most basic questions, such as how to receive the transfer in Moscow or whether it could be canceled if it failed to reach the recipient. I had to find the answers to every important question on my own, and she seemed completely unconcerned that she did not know them herself. In fact, I had to search for most of the answers using ChatGPT right there in the bank branch while the employee was cheerfully talking to someone on the phone during working hours. It was obvious that she did not fully understand what she was doing, yet she never asked her colleagues for assistance. The most frustrating part was the speed of service. It took 45 minutes just to send a transfer of 5,000 AMD to Russia. The transfer never reached the recipient, so I decided to request a refund. To do that, I had to visit the branch two more times and spend another 50 minutes in total. What surprised me the most was the employee's attitude. No one apologized for the incompetence, the slow service, or the poor customer experience. On the contrary, I was told that it was my fault because I had not found out all the necessary information in advance. I understand that an employee may be new and not know everything. However, in my opinion, an employee becomes a poor representative of the bank the moment they start telling the customer that the customer is to blame and that they do not care what people write about them. I have received banking services from around ten banks in different countries, but this is the first time I have encountered such poor customer service. Well, thank you, Սոնիա. I was very close to cutting up my Ardshinbank card right there in the branch and walking away.
