I worked with Levon for four years. Buying property, renting property, submitting and getting documents. Had no issues. Levon guided me step by step, said in advance what he can and can’t do, did not ask for extra money. I think he is a honest guy, he mentioned couple of times that the worst part of his work is when someone ask him to do something illegal and gets annoyed when he refuses. The only bad thing I could say is that he doesn’t have a fixed price list for his services, presumably so he can negotiate with different clients to pay more if he thinks they can pay more. But the price is set before he starts to work and is not changed later. Haggle and take a look for prices in other places first to get an idea what is a typical price. Overall he is competent and comfortable to work with. Recommend.

Отвратительный юрист . Взял деньги , в этот же день потребовал в 5 раз больше со словами «заплатите столько , это окончательная цена, я уверен мы выиграем» по итогу на следующей консультации требует еще 300, 000 драм . Когда мы сказали , что это много , он отказался работать с нами и отдавать свою наши деньги , которые мы ему уже отправляли»
