The prices are somewhat steep, but the principal issue lies in the staff’s demeanour. It is exceedingly difficult to garner their attention, as they seem far more engrossed in their phones than in assisting customers. The typical response is simply, “You can find it yourself.” Frankly, I found them to be remarkably discourteous and unhelpful — conduct that is entirely out of place for a high-end sportswear retailer.
