Scammer Alert!🚨 Be careful if you are a tourist try to avoid this place. For long time stay maybe so so. We took studio rooms for 3 days with breakfast they took 20gel extra for breakfast. In the site they wrote rooms with oven, microwave, toiletries etc many things but in reality: * they didn’t even give a toilet paper! We wrote them several times after 1 day they bring. * didn’t give any toiletries, no slippers, soaps anything * no oven no microwave * no room service. We asked about cleaning,they told it will cost 30gel for 1 time *no dustbin, you need to pack your dustbins and take outside in the street by yourself * breakfast was the worst, rice with bread 😂 * Towels smelled really bad and had dirty spots (old). Also bed sheet was teared and had something written by marker on the pillow sheet. * All plates, cups and spoons (forks and knifes as well) were dirty. Cup had lipstick lip marks! 😨 I don’t know what is their problem why they are not organised at all and huge mismanagement. The view from the balcony was the only nice thing.

Из трёх окон работает только одно, время ожидания доходит до часа, два дня люди не могут получить посылки, женщина работающая на единственном окне открыто хамит всем в очереди, остальные сотрудники отделения не работают, на просьбу принести жалобную книгу и вызвать главу отделения не реагируют
