Walked in, had a good dinner. Everybody was happy. Service was fast, only downside was to wait in a line for the restroom. A little bit crowded, but this is what you expect in such a location.

I rarely take the time to write complaints, but this experience warranted it. When I take time to dine out, I expect at least a basic level of organization. We called ahead and were informed via automated message that reservations were fully booked, but walk-ins were welcome. Upon arriving, we found a few people waiting outside. No one from the staff is present. When we asked staff inside, if there was a list, a sign-in system, or any way to track who was next, we were simply told to wait. We did just that. When our turn seemed to come, we were forced to argue with three teenagers about who was there first — a completely avoidable situation that could have been prevented with a simple check-in list, number system, or even someone occasionally checking on the line. It was awkward, unprofessional, and embarrassing for everyone involved. Despite being hungry and eventually eating there, the overall experience was terrible. The food was above average and very reasonably priced, but that does not make up for the disorganized and careless handling of guests. The system is clearly flawed, and as someone who values both time and service, I left very disappointed. I must say that we didn’t have any problem with the waiters. Also need to note that this place is full of teenagers and young people. It is good for some but not good for others at the same time. Make your decision by knowing that fact. Personally I look for higher standards in terms of comfort and experience. Hope this feedback leads to improvements. It’s not about the food — it’s about respecting your customers' time and effort.

Dear Percorso Team, I recently had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant at the Four Seasons with my partner. We were looking forward to a special evening, but unfortunately, there was an issue that disrupted the experience. My partner ordered a seafood dish that contained something solid and inedible within the calamari. When we brought this to our server’s attention, we were informed that it may have been sand due to improper cleaning. This was concerning—not just from a culinary standpoint, but also in terms of food safety and quality control. While we appreciated the gesture of the chocolates offered afterward, we felt it did not fully acknowledge the seriousness of the issue or the impact it had on our dining experience. At a restaurant of your caliber, we expected a higher standard of both food preparation and guest care. We hope this feedback is taken constructively. We would appreciate it if you could share how situations like this are typically addressed, and whether any further steps will be taken to ensure this doesn’t happen again—for us or other guests.
