Order number: 53-О3-18-10-25-02 Unbelievably unprofessional and incompetent people. Specifically the manager here Tatiana, Olga (community manager on Telegram), and Irina (hotline). We ordered a kitchen in late October, and we were told that they it would be delivered and installed in the last week of November, or the first week of December. They even sold themselves on this fact as it was “fast”. They first delayed this until late December. Then, after agreeing on the 25th of December as the date, they cancelled and said that the closest date was the 8th of January. This is after the kitchen was delivered but not installed. We removed the previous kitchen, so we are left with nothing other than massive boxes all over the apartment. For this massive inconvenience and incompetence, we were called on a Saturday night and offered a toaster as an apology. They then again cancelled this date on the 8th of January as it is a holiday, so the latest date (before they again cancel) is the 12th of January. This is almost 3 months after we ordered. This, in addition to their awful customer service, rude delivery drivers and constant lying, means that I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They simply lie over and over, with no care for their customers.

The most authentic and best British pub in Moscow. The atmosphere is great, the food is fantastic (especially the English pie), they have imported beer and cider, and watching football here feels like back in England. The pub quiz on Monday is also a good laugh! Bonus points for playing greatest hits radio!

I asked for a club sandwich without cheese, then, after a 20 minute wait, they brought it with cheese. When I asked for another, they said that they cannot do it without cheese, despite the fact that every other branch I have been to it was not a problem. At least the yogurt was okay.
