Hotel is good, location is toooo good but hotel people doesn't no simple procedures of registering foreign guests when they arrive. During check out they charged 1000 roubles for registering but even after returning to India I did not receive their mail or reply

We really faced difficulty to search the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful from check-in to check-out infact she helped us in booking taxi on our way back. We from India faced language problem a lot but Russia and Russians guided us and helped a lot. Thank you Russia 🙏
