"Terrible experience. The order extremely delay, and the food was unfit for human consumption and as tough as rubber. When I contacted them to explain the issue, they initially promised to send a replacement. However, shortly after, a family member (the son) called back, went back on the promise in a disrespectful manner, and told me they wouldn't be sending anything. It's a family-run business that lacks the minimum standards of professionalism and the most basic principles of customer service. I do not recommend dealing with them at all." تجربة سيئة جداً. وصل الطلب بعد تأخير كبير، وكان الطعام غير قابل للاستهلاك البشري وقاسياً كالمطاط. عند تواصلي معهم لشرح المشكلة، وعدوني في البداية بإرسال بديل، لكن بعد وقت قصير اتصل بي أحد أفراد العائلة (الابن) وتراجع عن الوعد بأسلوب مفتقر للاحترام وأبلغني أنهم لن يرسلوا شيئاً. الإدارة عائلية وتفتقر لأدنى معايير المهنية وأبسط مبادئ التعامل مع الزبائن. لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم أبداً.
