Low value-for-money is the first conclusion comes to my mind about this hotel. Although the hotel is recently developed and the furnitures still smell new, i found them of low quality (my very personal opinion though). Furthermore the room service is of very low standard, we found garbage under the bed, and under the loo was also extremely dirty. Although we paid for a premium room, we ended up in a very ordinary and small room.

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the safety and first aid standards at this park.While I was relaxing on a floating mat in the lazy river, I decided to get off and change positions. As I did, I lost my balance and fell into the water. My finger struck a sharp metal edge—possibly a long screw near the water supply—which sliced a few millimeters into my pointer finger.My hand began to bleed heavily. A lifeguard approached, but his 'help' was deeply concerning. While I was still in the water and bleeding, he simply applied a bandage without any antiseptic or disinfection. After I climbed out of the pool, still bleeding and searching for help, he returned only to hand me a bandage pack and an antiseptic wipe before walking away. Eventually, other guests saw me and guided me to the first aid center.Once there, I was forced to wait over 15 minutes in a freezing cold room before a medic even looked at me. The staff was indifferent and passive.The bottom line: despite the high price of admission, the facility is unsafe and the medical response is substandard. As a 40-year-old man, I could handle the situation, but I am terrified to think what would happen to a child. If my ~ 8-year-old son had been injured, would he also have been left waiting 15 minutes for basic care? This place needs a serious safety audit.

Of the worst banks I have ever worked with. Visited the same office for more than fives times for the same purpose without any success. The consultants and managers ate extremely ignorant and unsupportive.
