Claims to serve Lebanese food, food wasn’t even close to Lebanese. I understand the chef might be trying to do a lebanese fusion, he failed. Extremely small portions for high prices . Lebanese are known for generosity. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩The biggest red flag for me was hygiene and cross contamination, if you happen to be having dinner their and wanted to use the toilet you will walk straight through the kitchen!!!!!!!! Not one chef was wearing a hair net/ bandana or anything. I wouldn’t revisit.

The location is great, the idea is very cliche. We arrived around 11:00 AM and we appreciate them checking us in early, but I have to mention how much empathy they are lacking. We arrived to a room with 50+ degrees celsius temperature, they could have turned on the AC for us, specifically that we are staying in a half transparent geodesic dome. It took around 5 hours to cool down the room. The whole room stunk of sewage smell, when we mentioned that to the “reception”, they sent some technicians over to fix the smell instead of moving us to another room, knowing for sure that there was other empty rooms ( we checked online and we can see other rooms being vacant). When we asked to be moved to another room due to the smell, the lady said all the rooms are taken… and the sewage smell was not fixed, the technicians came over and sprayed something in the sinkhole, ended up smelling like sewage and chemicals for our entire stay. When ordering room service; the food arrived in styrofoam packaging which made the food soggy and arrived cold most of the time. I ordered three espresso at three different times. The coffee arrived cold and it wasn’t even an espresso. It was very light coffee water and I had mentioned to the barista that the coffee machine is not warm enough. We booked a private banya for 4 hours, the hot and cold tub were perfect, but the shower didn’t work. I do not recommend visiting, you can get better value for your money somewhere else.

We concluded our trip to Altai by staying at the Manzherok hotel for 3 days, and honestly, it was a great decision that we have made. We do not regret it at all. They have one of the best spas we’ve ever visited (worldwide). The staff are very friendly. A small misunderstanding had occurred during the lunch we were having at the Tengriii restaurant, when I addressed my concern to the front office, the f&b manager (Mr. Vladislav Lagutin) contacted me directly and explained to me what has happened and handled the issue in a very professional manner and we definitely left happy from that place. Highly recommended!

Terrible food, I know its in an airport but still theres is minimum standard of operation which must be maintained. The food portions are half of whats in the menu and on the screen playing in front of me showing me what they offer. Everything tasted old. Chicken tasted like fish because of how old it is. The lettuce was so old it looked black. Didn’t eat what we ordered. Disgusting.
