it's a small yet well maintained airport. Definitely safe, only thing is the airlines do not accept the plastic wrapping on luggage done outside of the airport before you get to the airport. so be aware not to wrap your luggage until you get into the actual airport.

Going to the very top is actually very exhilarating and fun. Beautiful scenery, and an amazing restaurant on the 2nd to last peak before you reach the top. Good time, free parking, all around exciting getaway for a day or two.

The view is stunning yet the surrounding area can use a lot of renovation around it which makes it less appealing to the view of Lake Sevan, there is no actual proper parking location, so you have to park on the shoulder of the busy highway. Would be a 5/5 stars if there was actually anything other than a nice view.
