We waited about 40 minutes for two burgers despite there being very few customers (one other group of 3 people, and 4 orders total, including delivery). What made it more frustrating was that the family of 3 who ordered AFTER us received their food FIRST. When we asked about it, we were told they had asked staff on the status of the order (which they did 20+ minutes after ordering) — implying we should have done the same to be prioritized, which isn’t how service should work. We were also given an explanation about items like caramelized onions taking longer, even though our burgers didn’t include anything of that sort. At the end of the day, it’s a burger — with this small number of orders, a 40-minute wait is hard to justify. On top of that, the pricing is surprisingly high for Yerevan. Two burger meals (burger, fries, drink) came out to over $20 USD, which is comparable to or higher than many places in the US that this concept seems to be modeled after. The interior also feels overdesigned and doesn’t quite match the authentic feel it appears to be aiming for. Overall, it seems like the place is overcomplicating what should be straightforward: timely service and good, simple food.

We’re regular customers, which made this especially disappointing. During our last visit, we found a foreign string in the butter chicken and multiple pieces of foil in both mango milkshakes (one of which had already been consumed before noticing). There were at least four pieces in one drink and at least one in the other, which was discovered in my wife’s mouth. Despite both drinks being contaminated, only one item was comped, which is not an appropriate resolution. The fact that one milkshake had already been consumed makes the situation more concerning, not less. This is a serious food safety issue that needs attention.
