The book order was placed at the end of January and it was very expensive — over 300 euros. Later, there was correspondence stating that some of the books were unavailable and others needed to be replaced. Eventually, I was informed that the order had been shipped and that a refund would be issued for one book. What do I have now? I don’t have my 300 euros, I haven’t received the refund for the book (which was promised two weeks ago), and I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE PACKAGE WITH THE BOOKS! This is absolutely outrageous and clearly a scam. Do not fall for the prices — it’s nothing but stress and a waste of money.

Ждала онлайн заказ 2 месяца. Магазин сообщил о проблеме с книгами в заказе только после моего обращения. В итоге, я отменила заказ. Возврат оплаты жду уже больше недели. Все очень вежливые, но деньги пока так и не вернули. Не заказывайте у них онлайн.
